Prayer For The Backslidden

Prayer Pray Backslidden TheRayDestiny Inspirational Jesus God

 

Dear Heavenly Father, 

Please forgive me for I have sinned against You 
And, have done what you consider evil. 
I have fallen away from the path. 

Lord, please forgive me. 
I repent before You. 

I confess that I have given into temptation and the ways of life.
I have wondered and have done acts that I am not proud of. 
But, Your Word says even in temptation You provide a way out. 


I thank You for giving me another chance! 
Another way out!

You also said that You are married to the backsliders. 
Not to their wrongdoings, but because You loved them first before they had backslidden. 
I know You still love me!

Lord, I accept You as my Lord and Savior again. 
Please wash away the sin that separated me from You. 
Give me the strength and firm foundation to stay committed to You this time.
Keep me grounded in You. 

I thank You for not cutting me down in my sin. 
I thank You for Your mercy. 
Teach me Your Way, Lord!
Let me not depart from You again and if I do, let me not waste time when finding my way back.

In Jesus' Name, 
Amen.

Change The Environment!

  So my husband and I were having a bit of a mosquito problem. I found numerous bumps on my legs, but it puzzled me because I rarely go outside.  Thanks to COVID.  These mosquitos were living in our house. They were surviving in our house.  Now, if you know mosquitos, they require a certain kind of environment to thrive.  They would need a bushy area, preferably with puddles or swamps. So, it puzzled me how they were surviving here in my house where none of those things were. My husband later told me to take out the dishwater before bed. That if they needed water to live, then remove what is helping them.  Change the environment.  I have read that in order to get rid of something, you must change the environment or the atmosphere that it is comfortable in.  Eventually, it will have to move because it will not find a resting place there anymore.  Matthew 12:43-46 speaks on the impure spirit who abided in a person.   I know.   I know.  It's been a long time and so many things have happened that I need to share with you.   There's really no excuse for my absence other than life really taking drastic changes and me trying to maneuver in it. (I'll write a post about that later)  I want to know how everyone's has been? What's up?
