Let's Talk- What Gets You Up?
In today's world, there are so many things that run through our minds that can leave us depressed and just completely out of it.
This, in turn, causes difficulties with us wanting to get out of bed and going through another day.
I know I have NOT been the only one who at some point in life finds it so hard to get out of bed. I'm sure I am not the only one who has laid in their bed and said "What's the point?"
Obviously, I have found some kind of remedy to this madness.
The trick for me is thinking about my family, my purpose, and my reason for being here.
I know there is still more for me to accomplish, so I try my hardest to push through that fog.
Tell me, what's your antidote on those days of immobility.
Those days when your heart and mind have held hands and decided to not continue?
What still makes you swing one foot out of the bed?
What makes you get up?
