Make The Decision

-













We've been through this road before
These imprints, these signs are engraved into our minds.
We've seen these doors
We contemplate them over and over in time
Yet, we still need more

More time to choose, more options, more escape routes
But, we instead run from the decision
We know where we come from, we know our roots
The past is clear, but blurry in vision.

Do we choose to be happy? Do we settle on this self-wallowing level?
Do we choose to say no? Or say yes?
Do we live for God, or walk along with the devil?
Do we just do what we can or strive for the best?

Our life is built on decisions that we make every day.
Whether we choose to make a choice or choose not to make a choice.
We must decide.

Change The Environment!

  So my husband and I were having a bit of a mosquito problem. I found numerous bumps on my legs, but it puzzled me because I rarely go outside.  Thanks to COVID.  These mosquitos were living in our house. They were surviving in our house.  Now, if you know mosquitos, they require a certain kind of environment to thrive.  They would need a bushy area, preferably with puddles or swamps. So, it puzzled me how they were surviving here in my house where none of those things were. My husband later told me to take out the dishwater before bed. That if they needed water to live, then remove what is helping them.  Change the environment.  I have read that in order to get rid of something, you must change the environment or the atmosphere that it is comfortable in.  Eventually, it will have to move because it will not find a resting place there anymore.  Matthew 12:43-46 speaks on the impure spirit who abided in a person.   I know.   I know.  It's been a long time and so many things have happened that I need to share with you.   There's really no excuse for my absence other than life really taking drastic changes and me trying to maneuver in it. (I'll write a post about that later)  I want to know how everyone's has been? What's up?
