 Dear Heavenly Father, 
Lord, You are God and besides You, there is no other!

You are He who was and is and is to come.
When You speak Lord, the earth moves, and Heavens bow!


Your Word says that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. 

Lord, Your Word continues to say that we must turn our hearts to this wisdom. 
That we should seek it and ask it for direction in our lives. 


Lord, today I am asking for Your wisdom. 
For Your wise counsel to teach me the path in which I should go. 
Order my steps dear Lord.

Lord, I am asking for Your wisdom for the decisions in my life. 
And your knowledge so that I might know what is of you and what is not pertaining to the way You want me to go. 

I do not want to go based on my own knowledge, my own wisdom,
Because I know that on my own I am unable to execute or even go the right way.

Lord, let me not be destroyed by my lack of it. 
Anoint me with wisdom and with wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. 


Show me how to exercise it once you have given it to me. 
So that I would be able to know when to apply it.

Lord, let me not only know Your teaching and follow it, 
But to know Your voice so when You speak I will obey.

Lord, write Your instructions on the table of my heart, 
May I bind it around my neck and never depart from it. 


In Jesus' Name, 
Amen

Change The Environment!

  So my husband and I were having a bit of a mosquito problem. I found numerous bumps on my legs, but it puzzled me because I rarely go outside.  Thanks to COVID.  These mosquitos were living in our house. They were surviving in our house.  Now, if you know mosquitos, they require a certain kind of environment to thrive.  They would need a bushy area, preferably with puddles or swamps. So, it puzzled me how they were surviving here in my house where none of those things were. My husband later told me to take out the dishwater before bed. That if they needed water to live, then remove what is helping them.  Change the environment.  I have read that in order to get rid of something, you must change the environment or the atmosphere that it is comfortable in.  Eventually, it will have to move because it will not find a resting place there anymore.  Matthew 12:43-46 speaks on the impure spirit who abided in a person.
